Privacy Policy

Introduction

Tidra Video (“Tidra”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI video generation service at tidra.video. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

1. Account data — name, email, password hash (or OAuth identifiers), and profile image if you provide one.
2. Billing data — plan, credits balance, order history. Card details are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
3. Generation data — prompts, reference images you upload, model tier, aspect ratio, and resulting video assets or failure logs needed to run the product.
4. Usage & device data — approximate IP, browser/user-agent, and product events used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
5. Cookies — session and preference cookies required to keep you signed in and remember locale/theme.

How We Use Information

• Operate the service: authenticate you, deduct/refund credits, render video, and show your library.
• Process payments and send transactional email (receipts, password reset) when email is configured.
• Improve reliability and detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

AI providers and subprocessors

To generate video we send prompts (and reference images for image-to-video) to third-party model providers such as fal.ai or Kie. Uploaded media may be stored with our object storage provider (for example Cloudflare R2). Payment processors handle checkout. These parties process data only to provide their service to us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• Processors who help run Tidra (AI, storage, payments, email), under appropriate agreements.
• Authorities when required by law.
• Parties needed to protect Tidra, our users, or the public from harm or abuse.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax/compliance. Generation assets may be retained so you can re-download them; you can request deletion of account data (subject to legal retention). Temporary provider CDN URLs may expire independently of Tidra.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Use Account settings where available, or email privacy@tidra.video.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and (when configured) encrypted storage of admin secrets. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.

Children

Tidra is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under that age.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the product.
