Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using tidra.video (“Tidra”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Tidra is an AI video generation SaaS. You submit prompts (and optional reference images), we reserve credits, call model providers, and return a video when generation succeeds. Features, models, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Credits, plans, and billing

• Subscriptions and credit packs are priced on the Pricing page and charged via our payment providers.
• Credits are reserved when a generation job is submitted and refunded if the job fails on our side or the provider returns a failure we can detect.
• Successful renders consume the reserved credits; outputs may be delivered via temporary provider URLs until persisted to our storage.
• Taxes and third-party fees may apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tidra to:

• Violate law, or create content that is illegal, exploitative of minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Infringe others’ IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits, or security controls.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt our or our providers’ systems.
• Resell raw API access in violation of provider terms without authorization.

We may refuse, throttle, or delete jobs or accounts that violate these rules.

AI outputs and ownership

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the prompts you submit and (to the extent permitted by law and provider terms) the videos generated for you. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use. AI systems can err, invent, or resemble existing works — Tidra does not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Model providers may have additional terms that apply to generated media.

Intellectual property (Tidra)

The Tidra site, brand, software, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Generation latency, quality, and uptime depend on third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDRA AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, CREDITS, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, liability limits, refund rules already processed) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of material changes we notify in-product or by email when appropriate.
